These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the A2T FinHub website and engagement of our accounting, taxation, audit, and compliance services. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Scope of Services

Services are provided as agreed in individual engagement letters or proposals. Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be communicated and billed separately.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information and documentation required to perform the engaged services. Delays or inaccuracies in information provided may affect filing deadlines and outcomes.

Fees and Payment

Fees are communicated in advance and are payable as per the agreed schedule. Late payment may result in suspension of services.

Limitation of Liability

A2T FinHub exercises professional diligence in all engagements. However, we are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client, or from changes in law applied retrospectively by authorities.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice, subject to settlement of fees for work completed to date.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
